Grades

  • The Christmas performance is part of your student’s grade.
  • If your student cannot attend, a make-up assignment must be completed for a grade.
  • Students must stay through their assigned concert or the student’s grade will be affected.
  • Students must be accompanied by an adult throughout the whole concert.
  • If a student arrives out of the dress code they will be required to do the makeup assignment.

We ask our audience to remain seated throughout the performances and to only exit if it
is an emergency. Feel free to record or take pictures from your seats. We will be taping
the performance, so please do not gather in the aisle to record or take pictures. We are
still in the process of pricing out videography equipment. As soon as we have more information, we will send that out for families to begin pre-ordering DVDs.

Please feed your students prior to arriving for rehearsal. Snacks will not be given or
allowed in rehearsals or in the waiting rooms.

We are excited for the students to be able to show off what they have been learning and
doing this year in music! This will also be a great chance for them to achieve something
together. Thank you for all of your support as we work together for your student/
students!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Peterson and Mrs. West
