Liberty Tree Academy offers two cross country athletic programs tailored for students at different grade levels. The middle school team welcomes students in grades 6-8, while the high school team is designed for students in grades 9-12.

Cross country tryouts are held in August, with practices commencing just two days after tryouts. The competitive season runs from August through October, featuring various meets where athletes can showcase their endurance and skills.

Liberty Tree Academy’s cross country program began in 2020. Despite the challenges posed by Covid-19, the team participated in one meet during its inaugural year. In 2022, the Varsity Boys Cross Country team made history by winning 1st place at the Antonito High School Invitational, bringing home the first-ever trophy for Liberty Tree Academy.

Our cross country program is dedicated to building resilience, fostering teamwork, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Join us and be a part of our growing legacy. Go War Eagles!
