Liberty Tree Academy establishes teacher salaries based on duties required, education and other qualifications, experience, and comparison to salaries of similar positions throughout our geographical region. Salaries are accepted through individual agreements. The Headmaster determines beginning salaries based on the above qualifications and the available approved budget for each fiscal year. Teachers are paid $38,000 and up depending on experience and subject matter. Pay for support staff and other positions start at $14.81 hr.
